FAQS
1) How it works?
  1. You must register as a member in order to proceed with placing any order. Member sign up is FREE.
  2. Select the product that is most suitable to your needs.
  3. Then place your order.
  4. You could choose to have your goods to be delivered to you or own collection from our office.
  5. There will be a delivery charge impose if you require us to deliver your goods to you. The amount of delivery charges will be tabulated after the product has been completed.
  6. There will be an online payment which allow you to pay by credit card or you may choose the offline payment option which is deposit the payment into our bank account and notify us once your payment is made.
  7. Then you are required to upload your artwork file and if your file is over 20mb, you are required to contact us for another uploading option via FTP.
  8. Please keep a copy of the order note for the collection.
  9. Customer who choose to have their good to be delivered will receive a subsequent online invoice for the delivery charges once the product has been completed.
  10. There will be additional charges for waste material & delivery services. We will email the additional charges invoice to your registered email. Your order will be proceed or delivered after the full payment is received.
  11. If your order is set to have delivery service, kindly remind that YL will not responsible for any delay on the delivery status.


2) What is the available Payment method?

  1. We only accept online payment via Master & Visa card for any order less than value of RM2,000.00.
  2. If the transaction amount is greater than RM2,000.00, the offline method will be accepted which is a direct deposit of the payment into our company bank account as follows:

3) Payment notification for offline payment

  1. Please email us your payment remark or bank-in-slip after you had made the offline payment to our bank account at online@yl.com.my with the following details :

        i.   Order reference no.
        ii.  Your name and contact no.
        iii. Date and time of bank in (with proof of payment as attachment)
        iv. Cheque number if payment is to be made by cheque
     
  2. Or you could fax it to us at +603-6188 1889 as the proof of payment with the details stated above.
  3. Order will only be processed after the full payment is recieved.


4) How secure is shopping with us?

  1. We want your online shopping with us to be worry-free, so we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the industry standard encryption standard for all online purchases. All of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL while you are placing the order.
  2. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone.
  3. SSL available only if you make payment through our payment gateway.


5) Shipping method

  1. Local delivery

    i.    Within Kuala Lumpur area it will be delivered within 2 working days when the goods are completed.
    ii.   Outstation area will be delivered within 3 working days when the goods are completed.
    iii.  All delivery charges will be weighed and charged according to the courier company rate based on the completed
          product.
    iv.  Customers can track the delivery progress through http://www.skynet.com.my with the consignment note provided
          from the confirmation delivery emails.
     
  2. International delivery

    i.    International order will be delivered within 5 working days when the goods are completed.
    ii.   All delivery charges will be weighed and charged according to the courier company rate based on the completed
          product.
    iii.  Customers can track the delivery progress through http://www.fedex.com.my with the consignment note provided
          from the confirmation delivery emails.
     
  3. There will be minimum charges of RM10.00 for the delivery charges.
     


6) Local custom duty and import taxes

Please note that our company will not be liable to any countries local custom duty and taxes. These charges will not be included in any of our online invoices.

7) I have signed up as a member but cannot login with my password. Why ?

One of the possible problems is that you may have entered the incorrect password. Please kindly retry and if problem still persist, please try with the forgot password function to retrieve your password or alternatively, kindly contact us at online@yl.com.my for technical assistance.

8) How do I change my personal info ?

Go to My Account page, login and you can modify your account details there.


9) How do I know the latest news and promotions ?

Go to our main page and sign up for exclusive YL news with your email address. We will send you newsletter on our latest news and promotions.
